Great shop, awesome owner, quality service.
My son and I built our first PC and encountered a snag. We built a PC with an integrated CPU, but our motherboard’s Bios wasn’t updated to recognize the new CPU.
We were unable to finish the build as we didn’t have a spare CPU or the expertise to upgrade the motherboard’s Bios without an older CPU on hand.
We called CTek and brought the PC down for evaluation.
We were happy to have a one-on-one discussion with AC, where we learned about possible solutions to our problem.
The shop is well put together, the staff was very friendly, engaging, and encouraging to our DIY/PC Building endeavors. They have several units on display and gladly talked us through things we hadn’t considered before.
